For a bug report, include your app version, Android version, what happened, and the steps to reproduce. Do not send medication photos or sensitive medical details unless needed and you understand how they will be handled.

Help with AI scanning

Use a clear, well-lit photo with readable label text. Check the extracted medication name, strength, and directions against the original label. Correct errors before saving; you can also enter medication details manually.

To avoid uploading identifying details, mask them in an image editor first, save the edited image to your gallery, and choose that copy for scanning.
